A woman in Las Vegas is calling for the removal of a substitute teacher who she says taped her 9-year-old son's mask to his face. Speaking to FOX5 on the condition of anonymity, the mother described what transpired: He neglected to wear the mask when he went to take a glass of water. The instructor made him stand in front of the class, in front of every kid, and then she taped the mask to the top of his face without asking him to put it back on or sending him to the principal. I was angry, angry. The entire class was laughing, and I worried about the long-term social impact this might have on my kid. One of the administrators saw the tape on his face when he went to the administrative office to pick up this assignment. The principal went to the classroom to look into the matter after the administrator, alarmed, took the tape off the youngster.
