In Cornellà de Llobregat, Spain, two people, ages 20 and 26, were taken into custody for the violent robbery of a gold necklace from a 68-year-old man who was confined to a wheelchair. The assailants, who were seen on video, attempted to take the chain by striking from behind. One of them finally snatched the chain after many tries, slightly hurting the victim. The defendants were brought to justice after being charged with robbery with violence, intimidation, and harm. There are 26 criminal records for one of them.
