In the Brazilian state of Pernambuco, a catastrophe occurred in Tabira. Police detained Antônio Lopes Severo on suspicion of raping and murdering Arthur Ramos Nascimento, a 2-year-old toddler known as Frajola. The boy was taken to the hospital with several wounds on his body while under his care with his girlfriend. When the culprit arrived at the police station, locals lynched him after dragging him out of the squad car. After being taken to the hospital, he passed away on Tuesday, the 18th, while being moved to another care unit.
