Description:
Gaylor, a guy riding a motorbike without a license plate, refused to stop when a Little Rock police officer tried to halt it on October 13. The criminal dismounted his motorbike after racing through the city at up to 100 mph, maybe in an effort to escape on foot after realizing that the police would not allow him to do so. Once more, Gaylor disobeyed the police officers' orders to halt. Then, without realizing that the rider had gasoline in his bag, one of the police tasered him.
