Description:
A 34-year-old motorist operating an unlicensed Toyota Mark 2 caused a collision on February 5 at 3:30 p.m. He struck two pedestrians, struck a post at the end of a traffic circle on Bolnichnaya Street, then drove on a sidewalk on Karl Marx Boulevard despite having previously lost his license. A 1948-born woman and a 1976-born guy were the two wounded pedestrians who were taken to the hospital immediately. The motorist declined to take a sobriety test, claiming that health issues caused him to lose consciousness. Thankfully, there is no threat to the pedestrians' lives.
