An F-35 crashes into an air station in Alaska

At Alaska's Eielson Air Force Base, an F-35 went down. According to Airman 1st Class Spencer Hanson, the pilot is safe and has been taken to Bassett Military Hospital for a medical examination. The 354th Fighter Wing Commander, Colonel Paul Townsend, stated that a thorough investigation will be conducted in order to stop a repeat. The plane, which cost more than $80 million, was severely damaged.
