A scooter rider in South America had a life-saving reflex: he noticed the trap at the last second and was able to drop his head to escape being beheaded because a taut rope was in the center of the road (since there was no signage). The slow-motion footage shows that although the helmet was hit the hardest, the scooterist's life was not in danger.
