Columbus police killed an Amazon security guard, according to police body cam footage
Description:
When police tried to apprehend Ali Hamsa Yusuf, who was suspected of shooting up an Amazon warehouse where he was employed as a security guard, a violent pursuit broke out in Columbus. A police officer was hurt during an eight-second gunfight that was captured on police camera footage. The police officers returned fire, mortally injuring Yusuf, who was still firing when he was discovered in a parking lot. Regarding how many rounds were fired in the facility, Amazon employees provided contradictory reports. Yusuf passed away at 6:57 p.m. at the hospital. After receiving treatment, the injured cop was discharged from the hospital, having lived owing to his bulletproof vest.
