Dumbass unintentionally shoots a Burger King drive-thru employee while playing with his pistol

On July 31, 2022, a sad event happened in Virginia. In connection with a drive-thru shooting at a Cook Out restaurant, Jose Hernandez, 23, was found guilty on two counts. Hernandez hurt an employee when he unintentionally shot through the door of his blue Toyota when he was picking up his order. Hernandez also breaks his own window before fleeing in the videotaped event. Due to non-life-threatening injuries, the employee was sent to the hospital. Hernandez entered a guilty plea to charges of irresponsible weapon handling that resulted in serious harm and firing into an occupied structure. Hernandez was toying with the pistol in his car when it accidentally fired, according to his attorney.
