Description:

In Louisiana, worshippers at the Sainte-Marie-Madeleine church in Abbeville were able to neutralize a shooter during a First Communion service that was attended by 60 children. A 16-year-old adolescent with an armed weapon entered the packed church, according to the police report. But the local parishioners swiftly stepped in to stop him from carrying out a possible slaughter. We were able to see the terror spreading across the audience since the situation was captured on live camera. By asking the crowd to pray, the priest attempted to bring everyone back to peace. Soon later, police showed up to protect the area. Thankfully, nobody was harmed, and the adolescent was taken into custody before being sent for a mental health assessment.
