Craig Hatch was engaged in a car collision and subsequent road rage in Edinburgh on July 6, 2021. He used derogatory words and physically assaulted the victim, pushing him to the ground and placing a plastic fork on his neck, in response to being asked about using his phone. During the attack, the victim's two-year-old kid was in the back seat. Hatch was taken into custody, charged with assault resulting in harm, fined €300, and mandated to compensate the victim €500. Because they were afraid of the consequences, the victim decided to stay nameless.
