There is still blood in the American police force. Gavin Eugene Long, a 29-year-old African-American and former Marine who fought in Iraq, opened fire on police officers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, early on July 17, 2016. He ambushed the police, the preliminary inquiry found. They were alerted to the existence of an armed individual close to a retail mall and took action. Gavin Eugene Long was injured during the gunfight, but he killed three cops, including a Black man, before he died. He injured three more people. One of his relatives is shown in this video being taken into custody for investigating purposes.
