Franky Zapata uses his flying board to cross the Channel

Franky Zapata, a Frenchman, used his Flyboard Air to successfully traverse the English Channel over a distance of 35 kilometers. With maximum speeds of 190 km/h, the crossing between Sangatte and Dover was finished on Sunday, August 4. He had to refuel on a boat halfway there.
