A driver called Rafael Vincent Rivera is facing many charges in the United States for using a knife to assault a guy. After reportedly cutting off the motorcyclist's route, Rivera allegedly parked on the shoulder. Along with his wife, who was filming the situation, he reportedly went out with a knife and tried to assault the rider, as shown in the video. Rivera contacted the police for assistance after the biker pulled out a pistol, saying that someone was threatening him with a firearm. The biker at 00:51 would not have been found guilty if he had shot Rivera in self-defense. Here, Rivera came dangerously near.
