After her American Staffordshire Terrier, Shadow, escaped and attacked a man on a handicapped scooter and his dog, Skye Georgina James, a mother of three in Ipswich, has come under fire for her long-term negligence. The event happened in January of last year and injured the guy and his dog. Shadow was ultimately removed from the other dog with the assistance of locals after Skye failed to tame her despite her best efforts. Given Skye's extreme incapacity in handling the animal, which had to be put down, the court imposed a $4,000 punishment on him.
