Three young people intentionally murdered a cyclist in a stolen vehicle

In Albuquerque, three youths intentionally struck a bicycle with a stolen vehicle. The phone video captures the passenger compartment laughing right prior to the collision. After being taken into custody, the 13-year-old driver was accused of homicide. The travelers were eleven and fifteen years old. The youngest was arrested even though it was deemed too young to face charges. They are still looking for the 15-year-old. The mayor mentioned school dropouts and fugitive kids. The elder two are also accused with unlawfully possessing a firearm and conspiring.
