Water pipe versus moving vehicle in a parking lot
Description:
An underground parking lot is entered by a U-Haul moving vehicle. However, the driver is not observing the height of his car. He breaks a ceiling-mounted water pipe as a result of his negligence. And the dude ends up blocking his van permanently after a series of failed attempts.
