40 people were arrested when a 7-Eleven grocery shop in Chicago was looted

On Sunday night, a huge group of young people stormed and robbed a 7-Eleven grocery store in the South Loop district of Chicago. These kids have previously targeted the neighborhood. Following the group's rampage through shops and streets close to Roosevelt Road and Canal Street, police detained 40 individuals, the majority of them were youths. A fire extinguisher that had been set off close to the gas tanks at the nearby gas station was among the signs of disorder that persisted Monday afternoon surrounding the 7-Eleven.
