On April 9, 2023, Anthony Queffelec, 36, of the Doubs area of France, called the SAMU and died of heart arrest. According to audio recordings his relatives revealed, he was having trouble breathing and made a clear need for assistance. The private paramedics arrived too late because the dispatcher did not understand how serious the situation was.
