Two cops and a driver got into a heated disagreement that turned into a brawl. There was considerable physical tension but no actual fight. Except that the man damaged himself in the end. He made the fairly humiliating mistake of jamming his fingers in the wrong place. He was therefore immobile and had no possibility of getting away from the agents. It was undoubtedly a sad event, but more importantly, it was an instantaneous and surprising loss.
et. In Rotterdam, the driver, a 24-year-old guy without a license, ran away. The scooter sped off at 130 km/h on a bike route after a fierce chase. Though he ended up crashing, the fugitive believed he had lost the body on the small trails. He had many fines and arrests, notably for driving without a license. Two tickets were also given to the 26-year-old traveler who was not wearing a helmet and had no documents.
