A driver purposefully strikes a cyclist
Description:
In Noble Park, Melbourne, Australia, Robert Clarke, 59, was allegedly hit by a vehicle during a hit-and-run. The driver is seen aiming at the bicycle and purposefully colliding with him in the scenario, which was caught by the dashboard camera of another car. Before he was struck, Clarke claimed to have heard the automobile speed. A 40-year-old lady handed herself in to the police after the event and is being questioned at this time. Despite being surprised, Clarke's protective gear prevented him from suffering any significant injuries.
