A guy who knocked down ten people during a police pursuit is apprehended by New Yorkers
Description:
After running down ten individuals, 20-year-old Kyle Fernandez escaped on the streets of New York in a stolen Hyundai Tucson SUV with Illinois license plates. Around 5:30 p.m., the pursuit occurred at the intersection of Third Avenue and 43rd Street, close to Grand Central Station. An electronic license plate scanner had alerted police to the stolen car's presence. The previous day, the SUV was reported stolen in the Bronx. When courageous bystanders overpowered Fernandez, his escape came to an end.
