Description:
In Fresno, California, a homeless guy who was out on lease attacked a municipal employee in the head with a blunt instrument. Tim Smith, the victim, passed out and slumped. After emergency surgery, he is in a serious state. Three weeks prior, following property damage, Dylan Hopkins, the suspect, had posted a $2,000 lease. In addition, he was charged with a felony for hurling a rock at a police officer the previous year. He is currently facing attempted murder charges.
