A robber in Dallas, Texas, tried to run over a police car and ended up stuck beneath the pickup he had stolen. When the police found the stolen car, they took three armed guys into custody. For Eddie Garcia, the chief of police in Dallas, this was more than just a car theft. He is adamant that there was a riskier course of action that day and feels that his officers' involvement saved a life. Damon Price (21), Deantae Moore (19), and Eric Lampkin-Scarbrough (17) were all caught, but a skilled manager managed to get away. In March, Moore was also accused of committing two murders. The operation resulted in no injuries to any cops.
