Animal mistreatment in Walsall is horrifying

The RSPCA found 34 animals kept in appalling circumstances at a filthy property in Walsall. The creatures lived among the trash and feces that littered the floor, famished and plagued with fleas. There were seven cats, two rats, a hamster, and twenty-four dogs, including a puppy with a broken leg. Two owners were given a 20-week suspended jail term and prohibited from possessing animals for the rest of their lives. They entered a guilty plea to many offenses, one of which was neglecting to give the animals with veterinarian treatment. A third party was forced to pay £100 in expenses and was fined £50.
