In Ecuador's La Concordia, a heist went awry. A shooter attempted to detonate a building by taking out a grenade's pin. Meanwhile, a successful one saw a shadow and chose to back off. The first, still carrying the triggered explosive, enters the car without thinking. In the passenger cabin, the explosive detonated. The car was crammed with six individuals. Two people were gravely hurt, and four people died. The pictures show that the bomb was most likely dropped accidentally when the driver climbed inside the vehicle.
