It all began Sunday just after noon when 32-year-old William Kaulback took a few goods from Joes Quick Mart, located at 758 Erie Blvd. West, according to Syracuse police. Even though Kaulback tried to elude the authorities, he was taken into custody and accused of stealing. The offender was freed after destroying an internal door at the Onondaga County Justice Center and kicking a police cruiser. As shown in the video, the man went to his sister's house to smash the windshield of a car and then damaged 45 more car windows because he thought he could get away with anything. The guy was detained after his 45 windows were damaged, and the prosecution made the wise decision to keep him in jail to prevent more harm.
