Description:
A guy attempted to evade the cops in New York by crashing his scooter onto a cycling lane. The pursuit was set in Brooklyn, close to the Verrazzano Bridge, and would have been a great Chips episode. The young man refused to stop and tried to flee down the promenade. Unfortunately, a metal obstruction cut short his escape. Two policemen tackled the child to the ground after he made one last attempt to flee on foot.
