Description:

Near a Woodland Hills fire, Chicago Fire actor Brian J. White assisted neighbors in putting out an arsonist brandishing a blowtorch. White heard shouts and saw a guy trying to start a fire in a garbage can. A neighbor was pursuing the culprit, Juan Manuel Sierra-Leyva, following a prior attempt on a Christmas tree. While they waited for the police, White and two other neighbors held the guy, who seemed disoriented and hostile. He was arrested for violating his probation because there was insufficient evidence of the fire.
