Two neighbors save a youngster from drowning after three minutes submerged
Description:
On May 18, a brave Kansas man saved the life of an autistic youngster who was drowning. Unable to talk, four-year-old Xavier Rigney broke out of his mother's apartment and entered the closed pool of the building. When the diapered youngster entered the deep end of the pool, he was instantly soaked. He instantly passed out after attempting, without success, to grab something to climb up. When 12-year-old neighbor Maddox Westerhaus noticed Xavier submerged, he alerted his father, Tom, who leaped the barred barrier and rescued the youngster.
