Description:

Paul Brown, a British national who has been sought since 2020 for cocaine trafficking in Manchester, was taken into custody as he was leaving his hotel in Benidorm, Spain. In the midst of visitor yelling, plainclothes cops overwhelmed Brown, who was easily recognized by his casual tourist attire. After two years of extensive searches, a European arrest warrant was obtained in 2022, which prompted the police operation. Brown is now detained in Spain for extradition on charges of using encrypted communications to distribute Class A narcotics.
