Police in China create a human chain to rescue a toddler who has been washed away by the sea

An 11-year-old child in northwest China's autonomous state of Xinjiang slipped into a canal by mistake. He traveled over two kilometers in the rather strong water torrent. The cops were alerted and came to his aid right away. The cops pulled the youngster out of the water by forming a human chain along the canal.
