Stoke-on-Trent refuse collecting personnel are violently attacked

Description:

A group of four guys brutally attacked two teams of garbage collectors in Stoke-on-Trent on different days in a startling incident. After a fight broke out on Birches Head's Fairhaven Grove, the driver of a black Vauxhall Corsa attacked the garbage can lorry by grabbing a crossing sign. Later, the group ambushed another refuse truck on Birches Head Road while carrying axes, hammers, and other weapons. Three garbage collectors were hurt in these attacks and needed medical attention. A hammer was discovered inside the vehicle in Kidsgrove. Since then, four people have confessed to a variety of crimes and are awaiting punishment.
