Description:
This motorcycle tries to pass a Dodge Charger, which is actually an unmarked police vehicle, at a speed that is unquestionably unlawful (blurred speedometer). The automobile just blocks his path to slow him down the first time, then speeds up once more. The motorcycle accelerates in response to the car's acceleration, but is startled by the police vehicle's abrupt and forceful braking. It's already too late when the rider notices that the vehicle is completely stopping. Even police defenders are saying that the cop did something wrong in their comments on the internet.
