A British visitor who tried to steal a motorcycle was slain in Bangkok

After being brutally battered in Bangkok on the evening of March 25 at approximately two in the morning, a 28-year-old British man named Nick Weir passed away. He had apparently acted strangely while attempting to steal a Thai bouncer's motorcycle. The man, who was supposedly under the influence of narcotics, was a manager at a packaging firm and was purportedly from Salisbury. According to reports, local officials were engaged.
