Description:

It might be challenging to position yourself in a way that maximizes the waves when surfing. Add to that the fact that getting to the open sea requires a lot of paddling. In order to address this issue, Stab magazine and surf company Volcom worked together to construct a floating pier in Bali, Indonesia. This plastic pier, which is 30 meters long and weighs 500 kg, makes it easier for surfers to catch waves. It was tested by surfers Mitch Coleborn, Yago Dora, Noa Deane, and Ozzie Wright.
