Three-time Olympic dressage medallist Charlotte Dujardin was fined 10,000 euros and given a one-year suspension for actions that were against the protection of horses. Four years ago, during a training session, she was captured on camera repeatedly lashing a horse's legs. She is unable to challenge the ruling and will not be allowed to compete until the following year. Dujardin will be prohibited from participating in training or national competitions in addition to this sentence.
