Chicago violence over Mexican holidays

Tragic incidents broke out during Mexican Independence Day festivities in Chicago, sending the gathering into disarray. People used machetes as weapons in violent attacks on one another. In broad daylight, one of the attackers was shown on camera bashing many victims while wearing a masked luchador costume. In front of many witnesses, including families with little children, an injured police officer was also struck on the head with a wooden stick.
