Despite an exemption document, Ryanair employees in Spain had an autistic youngster take a Covid test before he could board a flight. Katy Hollingsworth, who was traveling from Valencia to the UK with her 12-year-old son Callum, said she was petrified when airline employees told her that if they didn't have a Covid test, they couldn't fly home. Since then, the airline has expressed concern for the stress it caused and apologized. Some appear to take great pleasure in intimidating others under the pretense of a medical emergency.
