Migrants squat inside a Paris theater that welcomes them for an event!
Description:
About 300 migrants, primarily from former West African colonies, have taken over Paris's Gaîté Lyrique theater since an event in December. Following a symposium on refugee reception, the attendees refused to vacate the premises, which sparked the occupation. The theater lost hundreds of millions of euros and put its ticket-based business model in jeopardy when it was forced to cancel all of its shows.
