MS-13 used force to apprehend a lady
Description:
In order to unlawfully arrest a lady in the United States who had ties to the MS-13 gang, ICE officers broke the window of a vehicle. On March 31, 51-year-old Elsy Noemi Berrios was taken into custody. From the passenger seat, her 18-year-old daughter captured the moment on camera. Berrios, a citizen of El Salvador, entered the United States unlawfully through Texas in January 2017. A few weeks later, she was freed through an alternate incarceration program. Pennsylvania is currently where she is being detained.
