Description:
Joshua Silver, a sergeant in the Fairfax sheriff's office, was dismissed after being seen on camera assaulting Nicholas Marcos, a guy in handcuffs, inside a police car. The September 11 incident features 32-year-old Marcos, who was taken into custody for allegedly attacking a police officer. In the video, Marcos is shown in shackles, refusing to comply and using derogatory language. Before being pulled from the car, Silver struck him in the face three times when they got to the prison facility.
