A little girl was playing at high tide when she was snagged by a wave in a horrific occurrence at Ilfracombe Harbor (England). Thankfully, vigilant bystanders acted quickly; one threw a lifebuoy, and another seized her before she was carried away. After that, the Ilfracombe RNLI team took over and made sure everything was in order.
