A police officer barely prevents a youngster with autism from drowning in a pond

Description:

Officer Aaron Bulmer answers a call about a fight on Sunday, April 30th in Topeka, Kansas. When he reaches the destination, he exits his car and attempts to apprehend the main characters. He becomes aware that a toddler is having difficulty in a pond at this same time. Officer Aaron Bulmer rushes to the youngster and removes him right away. It would be revealed later that 4-year-old Elijah had gotten away from his father's watchfulness. Upon leaving the shower where the little kid was bathing, the father was shocked to find his son gone. The house's rear door was locked, but the autistic youngster, who was quite smart, had opened it.
